Terms:
- The first party will provide to good condition car with drivers
- Both party will agree to valid the contract for next one year. Rental Period 26 Days,
- Before cancellation of contract both parties will be notified through notice one month ago.
- First party will submit the bill by the first week of the next month and subsequently Second Party will pay the monthly bill within 7 working days of the next month upon submission of the bill.
- Second Party will pay ferry, bridge toll, parking charge etc.
- Second party will pay BDT 100 for daily allowance for every working days to the driver. Driver also allowed BDT 50 hourly rate of Over Time (OT) when perform more than 10 hours a day. Moreover, Driver will get BDT 500 instead of BDT 100 for any work on Friday and holiday.
- Second Party will pay BDT 1,500.00 only for the work on each Friday / holiday to the fist party.
- All rates mentioned above without TAX and VAT.
- Office time schedule will be changed on the hartal / strike / blockade day by the Second Party. Vehicle will play according to that office schedule.
- Second Party will use the vehicle 6 days in a week according to the office requirement.
- First Party will provide a substitute driver in case of absent of driver so that Second Party may not face any trouble.
- The renter cannot carry any illegal things in the vehicle or cannot use any illegal purpose.
